MAKEOVER MONDAY 12/17/12: Grey Friday

Hey guys!!! I purchased the limited edition lipstick from MAC called Grey Friday!! I absolutely love this lipstick! It's a satin finish so it leaves your lips finishing very moisturized! Only draw back is that it isn't very opaque..so you have to apply a few coats to get the opaqueness you want. Other than that...a great lipstick that I would recommend to others! (See how I threw in a mini review?? lol). I hope you guys enjoy this look!!

Hey guys! So this is my 5th Makeover Monday! AHHH! LOL ok let me stop! But I am really feeling this! lol. This young lady here is Ramesha...doesn't she resemble Kelly Rowland??? A lot of people say I resemble Kelly Rowland...but she hands down look like her! Again...here I go playing around with color...but then again what fun is makeup without using color? Neutral/natural is boring...at least to me it is! And I love it when my clients let me go crazy with color! Enjoy!

Black & Gold Smokey Eyes with a Twist!

Hey Guys!!

I'm sure you guys know I love smokey eyes!!! Especially a really dark smoke that's brought down really far!! So I decided to do a black & gold smokey eye with a twist...instead of using a black eye shadow all along my lower lash line....I pop a gold eye shadow in the center...to give the eyes an illusional effect if you must! I really liked this one....and I hope you guys do too!! Enjoy!

I incorporated a dark navy blue with a tint of green eyeshadow with a gold pigment with green reflects in it! I absolutely love using pigments!!! Instagram's Christiemrg Inspired Look

So I've been following this AMAZING makeup artist on Instagram named "Christiemrg"! So is SUPER talented such an inspiration! She did this makeup look that I absolutely loved and wanted to recreate on my friend Justine! It's a versatile look...at least in my opinion it is! It's a neutral look on the lids...and it's like a party on the bottom lash line and winged out liner LOL! So you can either wear it as is...or if you just prefer a neutral eye...just do the lid part and skip the blue on the bottom lash line and the double winged liner! Hope you guys like this!

When I saw MissChievous upload this video on YouTube...I was like "I HAVE TO TRY TO RECREATE THIS!!!". This is definitely up my alley...colorful at its best!!! This is my first attempt at recreating this...and I think I did an OK job! What do you think? LOL Either way...I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial!

Classic Smokey Eyes

Smokey eyes......there's so many different version of a smokey eye...but this is my version of a "classic" smokey eye. I always think of a black eyeshadow all over the lid whenever I think of a smokey eye...idk why lol!! But this is such an easy look to do...however black eyeshadow can sometimes be difficult to work with....just do your best and PRACTICE!! I hope you guys like this!!!

JoJo "Disaster" Inspired Makeup Look

Hiiiiii!!! Lol so I was watching JoJo's new video, "Disaster" a few weeks ago and for some reason her eye makeup just stood out to me. It's a very simple makeup look (at least to me it is), yet I couldn't get it out of my head! So I decided to do a tutorial...hoping that I could get it out and move on lol. I think she had a green color on her lower lash line, but I really wanted to use my new pigment from the Hey Sailor! collection by MAC called Navel Blue...so I did a blue lower lash line instead. But it's makeup...you could use WHATEVER COLOR YOU WANT AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN!!!...cause you know what..it's all going to end up on a makeup remover wipe at the end of the night anyway....or your pillow if you forget to remove your makeup lol. Ok!! Enough of me rambling and onto the tutorial and pictures!! Enjoy!!!
